Add Pricing History

Currently, there's no way to track pricing changes for any items. It would be useful to have a history of the cost and/or selling price changes so we can better predict or revert to the previous price. Once the price's changed and saved, it's possible to figure out what the price was previously. The only workaround is to find old receipts with the old prices.
