Bug in Selling Below Cost Warning?

It may be a bug, or is it something in the settings. Screenshot below.
I am selling an item which cost price (nett) is £516.00. The item selling price is set to include tax (tax is 20%), so anywhere below £619.20 incl. tax, will be "below cost price", but the system does not pop up a warning - look - I have just manually put a selling price of £517.00 (this would include 20% tax), so nett would have been £430.83 - so below cost price.
Can you have a look at it, please? Look at subtotals against cost prices.
