I have recommendation for your PHPPOS
1.Alow it to work in garage environment, like one client can have many cars, and add project module for car maintenance and repair, this may be exactly same with work order
2. modfy invoice module, alow it to be added later head that is image which may contain company important information's images also should allow insert footer which also contains some important information and images, also amount in words should be there in invoice,
3. lets have profoma invoice which may be exactly same with invoice but only head is different,
4. all other printable documents like fulfillment sheet, purchase order, invoice, profoma invoice should be allowed to be modified by adding header and footer in image form, and others
