Goods are arriving pursuant to the purchase order you sent, or at least some of them are, but the total Php displays doesn't change to reflect the goods for which you are actually now in possession and are accordingly responsible for paying. The system still displays the original total ordered so the amount actually owed must be calculated manually. Numerous ways in which purchasing should be improved but this would be a good start.
