Price Rules: Repeat on single day of the month?

We wanted to set up a Customer Appreciation Day and a Seniors Day on different days of the month and thought it would be nice if we could set the price rules once to repeat monthly.
I know that currently I can manually go back into the Price Rule and change the date but I thought it might be a relatively easy addition to have the ability to set the first Tuesday of the month as a sale day for example and have it repeat every month.
