Critical need for comment area or some way to add instructions to vendors to whom purchase orders are emailed. For example, ship date if not ASAP; ship complete or allow backorders; order/backorders cancel date if not shipped by; carrier and method (prepay and add or collect); reference to prior order or design in case of personalized item; payment terms; terms if special promotion involved.
