Restrict Transfer product if stock zero

The item gets transferred to other branch even when stock is zero. Salesperson can easily make a sale with transferring item and creating a sale in other branch, which could cause a mess.

Also, while I'm doing a transfer, I can just change locations to that of where I'm planning to get it from to see if existing quantities are sufficient for the transfer. If not, I remove the item from the transfer. I don't think I'd want to have the transfer restricted automatically.

I hope this would not be mandatory. It seems similar to being able to make a sale if the stock is zero - I wouldn't want to restrict that, either.

I face same issue. We have negative stocks showing in most of the locations.it kind of difficult to control it.
