Sticky Footer Buttons (Complete Sale) and (Process Credit Card)

For the “complete Sale” & “Process Credit Card” buttons in the Sales interface: These buttons are often pushed below the viewport and the salesperson must scroll back down to get to them.
For example if the Salesperson scrolls to the bottom to click “Process Credit Card”, but gets Validation error to “Add Payment Type”, the page scrolls back to top and salesperson must scroll back down to click “Process Credit Card”
